We can help you estimate how much money you will have when the house sells. And once again, this meeting is just an opportunity for us to meet.

 

2. List your home

Once you're ready to list, the fun begins! Our team puts together a sales package, including professional photos, the listing and marketing plan. We begin marketing your house through our extensive network of potential buyers, as well across multiple real estate sales channels.

 

3. Negotiate an Offer

Once your house receives an offer, David will help you get the most money for your house. Negotiating is stressful, but don't worry, we do this every day. David is a trained Certified Negotiation Expert.
